Heres something new. I’ve started a Podcast called Mindful Minutes with Musicians where I get together with Artists and Musicians and talk about things that inspire us and encourage us. We talk about strategies and ways that we can use the resources we have around us to get through the mental blocks, and barriers around us, and the ones that we sometimes create for ourselves. Its a show where we Aspire to Inspire.
